Four rules that apply to our own capital first, and to every client after.

  1. 01Underwrite firstNo decision, ours or a client's, moves without the numbers on one page: comparable sales, costs, income, debt coverage, exit. The sheet decides.
  2. 02Own what we advise onThe founder owns and manages income property in the same market the advisory serves. Clients get the advice we act on with our own money.
  3. 03Build what we needThe technology arm exists because the tools we wanted did not. What proves itself in our own operations becomes a product.
  4. 04Say no earlyIf a deal, a client, or a market does not pencil, we say so in the first conversation.

Dennis Obigwe

Founded Coregia in Lagos in 2015 as a consulting and investment company, formed Coregia Group LLC in Virginia in 2024, and has built the Maryland property portfolio since 2023. By day, commercial strategy at a global fintech: pricing, deal structure, and go-to-market programs. Before that AWS, Samsara, and KPMG.
